Isaiah 55: 12-13
12 You will go out in joy
and be led forth in peace;
the mountains and hills
will burst into song before you,
and all the trees of the field
will clap their hands.
13 Instead of the thorn bush will grow the juniper,
and instead of briers the myrtle will grow.
This will be for the Lord’s renown,
for an everlasting sign,
that will endure forever.”

God's plan for you is to go out in joy! Notice the verse says you will be led in peace but does not say "led in joy." It says you will go out in joy. You choose to go out in joy. God will lead you in peace but that is easier done if you have joy - joy of the Lord. It is not difficult to go out in joy. Simply take on an attitude of thanksgiving to God, and the joy comes. Today go out in joy. You can do it, especially knowing God is going to lead you in peace, the hills are going to burst into song before you, and the trees will be clapping their hands as you go out in the joy of knowing God! Wow!
